Client Management: Scheduling and Time Blocking

The first step in managing your business is managing your time.

It's your most valuable commodity… and people are constantly trying to steal it from you!

Below I have provided my favorite time management and appointment blocking tools.

What I like best:

  • Super easy to get started, enforced “getting started” steps walk you through – almost impossible to mess up or skip a necessary step.
  • Seamless integration/sync with every popular/common online calendar system (google, outlook, etc.)
  • VERY User-Friendly and attractive User Interface.
Other features you may like:
  • Hyper customizable, you control the colors, layout, appointment types, etc.
  • Customizable Customer Intake forms – have your appointment bookers give you the information you need up front so you can maximize your effectiveness during the appointment.

Free! Google Calendar

Most people don't know that you can publish your calendar and allow people to request time with you in your "open blocks".

What I like best: It's Free!

(Have a G-Suite or Google App paid account? Click here for a simple tutorial for this advanced feature available to your paid account.

Instructions on how to use the free features: Click here for Google's tutorial on public calendars and sharing with an individual

To allow your client to book a “non-busy” time on your calendar simply share your calendar with them and they can set an appointment on your calendar – and it will appear for both of you!
