Client Management: Scheduling and Time Blocking
/in Bonus /by vanessahelpsThe first step in managing your business is managing your time.
It's your most valuable commodity… and people are constantly trying to steal it from you!
Below I have provided my favorite time management and appointment blocking tools.
Vcita describes themselves as the "All-in-One" management app for small businesses.
You can start a free 14 day trial (just click the logo)
- Appointment booking and management
- Text reminders for booked appointments/calls
Other features you may like:
- Client management: Build long-lasting customer relationships with a CRM solution designed exclusively for small businesses
- Billing & invoicing: Issue estimates, invoices and receipts, track payment status, send automated payment reminders, collect credit card payments & create coupons
"All you need to do is show up at the right time."
Free to get started and test extensively
What I like best:
- Super easy to get started, enforced “getting started” steps walk you through – almost impossible to mess up or skip a necessary step.
- Seamless integration/sync with every popular/common online calendar system (google, outlook, etc.)
- VERY User-Friendly and attractive User Interface.
- Hyper customizable, you control the colors, layout, appointment types, etc.
- Customizable Customer Intake forms – have your appointment bookers give you the information you need up front so you can maximize your effectiveness during the appointment.
Free! Google Calendar
Most people don't know that you can publish your calendar and allow people to request time with you in your "open blocks".
What I like best: It's Free!

To allow your client to book a “non-busy” time on your calendar simply share your calendar with them and they can set an appointment on your calendar – and it will appear for both of you!
